Canon has introduced a new compact digital camera line PowerShot E-Series, called E1. The new Canon camera is equipped with sensor 10 MegaPixel CCD, 4x optical zoom, image stabilizer, ISO range from 80 to 1600 (with a boost mode to 3200), LCD by 4 inches and proprietary technology DIGIC (Digital Imaging Core) III.

It uses AA batteries and has dimensions of 101.2 x 31.4 x 63.8mm for 160 grams. It will be available from September in three different colors: Vanilla White, Pink Cotton, and Aqua Blue. The price is about 199.99 U.S. dollars, amounting to 137 €.
