What you see in photos is the presentation of new GPSmile of Holux, renewed version of 53CLife which was presented to the ESC the beginning of the year, but beginning to find marketing only now.

Equipped with a screen 4.3 TFT touch screen, works through a Sam sung S3C2443 processor, but also supports HDSD card and has a TMC which interfaces to get traffic information has the internal speaker, but is not know whether the media text-to-speech.
