Asus and Lamborghini launch ZX1: PDA Phone luxury

June 10th, 2008

It’s called ZX1 and is the new PDA Phone EDGE Quad Band born from collaboration between Asus and Lamborgini. The product boasts technical characteristics of respectable connectivity from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Usb 2.0, including the integrated GPS receiver that, thanks to the display touch screen from 2.8 “allows you to transform the PDA into a functional satellite navigator.

The body of the PDA is carbon fibre, material that makes the phone robust while maintaining extremely light, just 119 grams including battery from 1100 mAh lithium which guarantees autonomy in stand-by approximately 150 hours. Completing the configuration from the 3-megapixel camera and MicroSD slot, the operating system is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, as with the P320 presented a few days ago.

Inside the box, besides the battery and charger, we find a Bluetooth headset, a custody and a bracket to mount the handheld by car. The output in Italy is scheduled for the second half of 2008 and will be limited edition.
