Prototype 3D TV by Philips

May 25th, 2008

Philips has a first prototype 3D TV visible even without special glasses.

There is talk of a three-dimensional rendering effective, even though there is still some doubt on the real potential of technology, in particular images that would not always fire and a definition not yet fully satisfactory.

Despite all Philips says optimistic on the future of 3D: “We are convinced that the introduction in the homes of this new type of display can take place within a few years,” said Bjorn Teuwsen, Manager Marketing & Communications Philips.
