Clarion Map 780 GPS: announced a new satellite navigator

Clarion announced recently the MAP 780, a portable satellite navigator updated in the characteristics and technical availability. This new GPS Navigator is equipped with 2 GB of internal flash memory, a 400Mhz processor and LCD screen from 4.3 inches.

Thanks to bluetooth, Map 780 can connect with the phone to synchronize contacts, text messages, in addition to work as live-voice capabilities through streaming audio. The multimedia side, however, is composed of MP3 player, video player and photo viewer.

Destined to satellite navigation, on the other hand, are the TMC integrated tuner, the system “lane assist” (which should safeguard the exits trajectory) and 3D maps, displaying three-dimensional buildings, buildings and points of interest. The European version, from 2 GB of memory, includes maps of 43 different countries, unlike regional (1 Gb flash memory) that includes a single map.
